Avril Lavigne Offers Free Download Of ‘What The Hell’

Avril Lavigne is poising herself for a comeback. Not only will the pop-punk princess debut her brand-new single, “What the Hell,” on “Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve With Ryan Seacrest 2011,” but she’s also treating fans to a free download of the tune on New Year’s Day.

In order to get the freebie, fans will need to head to the Avril’s official Facebook page and “like” the starlet on January 1. As of now, the singer/songwriter has uploaded a 21-second video titled “Knock! Knock!” to the social media site to tease the premiere. The clip begins with the song’s flashing title before a cameraman walks up to Lavigne’s trailer and knocks on the door. The clip ends with the 26-year-old starlet opening the door and proclaiming, “What the hell?”

Earlier this month, the Canadian songstress described the lead single off Goodbye Lullaby, which hits stores March 8, as “an unabashed embrace of fun and freedom.” However, Lavigne has stressed in numerous interviews that the rest of the LP will have a raw essence to it. Among other tunes featured on the new album are “Smile,” which she described on her website as a rocker in which she “expresses her gratitude for special people in her life,” the ballad “Wish You Were Here” and the song she told Entertainment Weekly was the album’s most personal track, “Goodbye.”

During the making of Goodbye Lullaby, the singer worked with producer/songwriter Butch Walker, pop innovator Max Martin, her former guitarist Evan Taubenfeld and even ex-husband, Sum 41′s Deryck Whibley.

Setelah menunggu hampir 4 tahun lamanya, penggemar setia Avril Lavigne pun kini bisa sedikit bergembira hati. Pasalnya, Avril Lavigne baru saja megumumkan bahwa dia akan merilis album studionya yang keemapat, Goodbye Lullaby.

Goodbye Lullaby sendiri rencananya akan dirilis pada tanggal 8 Maret 2011. Jika kita sedikit mundur kebelakang, album studio terakhir dari Avril Lavigne, The Best Damn Thing, dirilis pada 17 April 2007. Dan sebulan setelah tur keliling dunia The Best Damn Thing berakhir, kabar bahwa Avril akan langsung merilis album keempat pun langsung menguap.

Akan tetapi, album ini sempat beberapa kali mengalamai penundaan rilis. Awalnya, direncanakan dirilis pada 17 November 2009, yang kemudian diundur ke bulan Januari 2010. Dan pada Agustus 2010, mungkin karena terlalu bersemangat, Avril terkena penyakit radang tenggorokan. Hal ini mengakibatkan album kembali batal dirilis.

Single pertama dari album ini berjudul "What the Hell" akan dinyanyikan oleh Avril untuk pertama kalinya di acara televisi Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, tangga; 31 Desember nanti.

Goodbye Lullaby akan dirilis dengan label RCA Records dan melibatkan penyanyi pop asal Amerika, Britney Spears.

What The Hell in 2011?

Avril Lavigne is back and ready to rock with “What The Hell,” her first single from her new album!

The 26-year-old singer updated her official blog on Wednesday (November 10) with the exciting news - she’ll be shooting the video in two weeks and releasing it in January!

“I have been dying to get back out on the road and do what I love the most… PLAY MUSIC. I know you guys have been waiting for a long time…..and so have I, but not by choice. I have been sitting with this record for a year now. It’s really special to me. I have produced a couple tracks alone for the first time, written solo, with friends, I have pushed myself and I feel proud,” Avril wrote.

“In saying all that, this has been a really difficult record for me to create and to release. Not only is this the most meaningful and special record I have written, it is sincere, honest and close to my heart. But for the first time I experienced a bunch of bureaucratic BS,” Avril continued. “People do their best work when they are doing what they want, love and is natural for them, not when you are forcing them to be something that they are not.”

Avril Lavigne will Perform!

Rap sensation Drake, pop punk Avril Lavigne and R&B stars Jennifer Hudson and Ne-Yo will be helping Americans ring in the New Year (11) when they take to the stage for a special TV broadcast on 31 December (10).

The stars will all be a part of Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2011, a bi-coastal holiday celebration also featuring appearances from Willow Smith, Natasha Bedingfield and Jason Derulo.

Seacrest will present some of the acts live from New York's Times Square with Jenny McCarthy, while Black Eyed Peas star Fergie will host the Hollywood portion of the party from Los Angeles.

Suatu kebanggaan tersendiri bagi masyarakat Batang-batang memiliki pohon yang unik ini. dibilang unik karena bentuknya yang bengkok seperti udang. Makanya orang-orang menyebutnya cemara udang.....
